1. PROCESSING TIME

Provided the products purchased are in stock, orders received Monday
through Friday, are generally processed within 48 hours. Orders placed on
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will begin processing the following business
day.

2. SHIPPING

All orders for products are processed and shipped out in 3-7 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow
additional days in transit for delivery.

It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to make sure that the shipping address
entered is correct.

4. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
